The situation of children who judging for “terror” accuse due to participating street meeting is canceled by help of right-advocacy activities. However, lawyer Seda Akço mentioned that the problem still maintains due to lack of an arrangement on children justice system. It is also added that main issue is that supplying proper conditions to children to express themselves. Thus, sources of administrative regulations are highly important to solution of the problem. The constructive action is not punishment but is found the reason of crime.
“If the child steeled because of hungriness, hungriness should be prevented. In this specific problem, Kurdish problem should be solved for children who participate meeting.”
