The International Roma Education and Research Foundation is now accepting applications for the ‘Fair Workplaces: Rights-Based Solutions for Roma Youth’.
The event aims to develop rights-based solutions to problems such as discrimination, mobbing and uninsured labour faced by Roma youth in business life and to increase advocacy capacity.

- Location: Anatolian Side Roma Federation - Ataşehir / Istanbul
- Number of participants: Limited to 40 participants
- Certificate of participation: It will be given to all registered participants of the event.
Participation Criteria
- Roma young people between 18-35 years of age who have entered or are preparing to enter the labour market
- Active members from Roma associations
- Individuals engaged in voluntary activities in the field of human rights and advocacy
- Programme Content:
- Expert presentations on rights violations at workplaces
- Rights-based advocacy workshops
- Project development studies
- National and international co-operation network opportunities
- Direct contact with policy makers
