The Civil Life Association (Sivil Yaşam Derneği), which conducts youth work in 21 different cities in Turkey, has issued a call for a team within its areas of work to train the leaders of the future.
The positions and required competencies in the Civil Life Association's team call are as follows;
National Secretariat
- Ability to communicate effectively,
- Coordination and work in harmony,
- Ability to work in teams,
- Mastery of corporate correspondence techniques,
- Knowledge of postal language and reporting culture.
National Internal Affairs Team
- Ability to communicate effectively,
- Coordination and harmonious work,
- Recognition of the association and mastery of its operation,
- Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner,
- Ability to work in teams.
National Team for External Relations
- Ability to communicate effectively,
- Coordination and harmonious working,
- Recognition of association and mastery of its operation,
- Ability to work in a solution-oriented manner,
- Ability to work in teams,
- Networking and research skills.
