Presentations, contributions, questions, discussions and Symposium Conclusions made at the "International Symposium on the Right to Water" organized by the Southeast Anatolian Municipalities Union (GABB), Diyarbakır Water and Sewerage Administration (DİSKİ) and Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, by the Right to Water Campaign. The book of the International Symposium on the Right to Water, Diyarbakir, consisting of the Declaration, was published by the Social Change Association.

In the book, which consists of 171 pages in total, the presentations and discussions made in each session are conveyed with the accompanying visuals. In the book, the right to water is a fundamental human right as well as a fundamental right to life for all living things, and it is emphasized that besides opposing the commercialization of water, it is necessary to approach critically the human-centered thinking of water.

In the book, it is stated that in the presentations made by academics and activists participating in the symposium from Turkey, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, both the commercialization of water and dam policies were subjected to intense criticism, and the importance of recognizing the right to water as a human and life right was emphasized.
