Genç Hayat Vakfı (Young Life Foundation) is looking for Field Workers to serve in Sakarya between June and October 2022 (5 months) as part of the project it is implementing.
General Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow relevant processes to ensure that clients in need receive in-kind services or financial assistance,
- Advocate for clients' access to services and accompany clients when necessary,
- Referring clients to stakeholders other than GHV, informing the manager when necessary, and preparing the required documents
- Within GHV principles and guidelines, adhering to basic principles and guidelines such as best interest of the child and confidentiality throughout the case management process,
- Record and protect information and documents required for entry into the database,
- Participate in the preparation and implementation of outreach strategies, focus group discussions and other participatory activities.
Required qualifications for the Field Worker position
- University degree in social work or social sciences,
- Preferably with field experience,
- Speaks Arabic,
- Proficient in the use of MS office programs,
- Successful in planning and following up on business,
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultures,
- A good team player,
- No travel restrictions
