The report 'Hate Crimes Based on Religion, Belief or Disbelief in Turkey 2021' by the Freedom of Belief Initiative of the Norwegian Helsinki Committee has been published. According to the report, the groups targeted for hate crimes in 2021 are Alevis, Christians, Jews and atheists. The most common hate crime is damage to places of worship and cemeteries.
