Positive Living Association has published the book Positive Articles, which it has prepared as part of the Project on Raising Sensitivity to the Media on HIV/AIDS. The book aims to raise awareness about the exclusionary, discriminatory, rhetoric and language that does not respect personal and privacy rights, which are frequently encountered in the media about people living with HIV and AIDS.
The increase in the number of well-informed and unbiased press members and the number of positive news in the press, breaking the prejudices of people living with HIV in the society, strengthening HIV-positive people in the fight against discrimination and stigmatization, constitutes the primary purpose of the Raising Awareness on HIV/AIDS Project and thus the book.
