Turkey Mid-Winter Waterfowl Census 2011 report prepared by Nature Association and Ondokuz Mayıs University Ornithology Research Center has been published.
The report presents the 2011 census results in the form of raw data.
Mid-Winter Waterfowl Counts, which is one of the main methods used for long-term monitoring of changes in wetland ecosystems as well as changes in water bird populations constitutes the method of this report. Presenting the raw data of the 2011 census results, the report mentions the importance of bird watching and also mentions the inadequacy of financial resources in this field.
