Within the festival's multi-layered structure, volunteers will be able to take on different areas of responsibility according to their interests and needs. The main areas in which volunteers can participate are as follows:
• Photography coordinators: Documenting events throughout the festival and contributing to the festival’s visual memory
• Booth coordinators: Facilitating communication with participants at the information desks and stands in the festival area
• Guest hospitality: Welcoming and coordinating guests from different cities in Turkey and from abroad
• Technical facilitators: Preparing and arranging technical equipment to ensure the smooth running of events
• Opening ceremony volunteers: Supporting front and backstage areas during opening nights, welcoming participants, and assisting with photography and video recording
The festival team notes that, due to the fluid nature of the program, volunteer responsibilities may be shaped according to needs, and encourages applicants to select the areas they are most interested in on the application form.
No experience is required for volunteering. The process is based on collective learning and solidarity.
The application deadline for volunteering is January 2, 2026.
