The Ankara Development Agency has launched the 2025 Technical Assistance Program for Social Innovation and Development, aiming to strengthen the institutional capacities of local actors in Ankara. The program aims to enhance institutional capacity in priority areas of regional development within the scope of the “2024–2026 Social Innovation and Development Results-Oriented Program”.
Priorities
Applicants must address at least one of the following priorities:
- Innovative or improved services for specific policy groups (children, women, persons with disabilities, elderly),
- Institutional capacity building in the fields of social entrepreneurship and sustainability.

- Chambers and professional organizations
- Local administrations
- Cooperatives and unions
- Civil society organizations
- Organized industrial zones and industrial sites
- Technology transfer offices and technology development zones
- Management companies of industrial or business development zones
Grant Amount and Duration
- Maximum support for training and consultancy: 400,000 TL (VAT included)
- Maximum implementation period: 6 months
