Job Description
- Coordinating personnel management (recruitment and dismissal processes, business process analysis, leaves, remote working, occupational safety processes, etc.),
- To coordinate administrative affairs (documents, archives, information management, inventory management, etc.),
- Leading the finance and accounting team,
- Coordinating the financial management of the projects carried out by STGM (daily financial transactions, keeping financial records, procurement, tender processes, financial reporting),
- Ensure that the financial management of projects is carried out in accordance with the national accounting system and the financial rules of donor organizations,
- To support senior management in office management,
- Reporting to project coordinators,
Qualifications and experience
- Graduating from four-year departments of universities,
- At least 10 years of experience in administrative and financial affairs,
- At least 5 years of experience in civil society organizations,
- At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of EU funded projects,
- To have English proficiency in written and oral communication,
- To have team management skills,
Managerial experience in finance or human resources departments will be preferred.
