AFS Turkey is organizing a workshop titled “Learning with Differences – Developing a Cross-Cultural Perspective in the Classroom,” which aims to rethink teaching practices from a cross-cultural perspective. The workshop will be held on Sunday, June 1, in Üsküdar, Istanbul, and is open to teachers from different disciplines.
The workshop, based on a cross-cultural learning approach, will be held in person and will last 3 hours.
The workshop aims to help teachers become aware of their own cultural identities and the differences in their classrooms, develop their intercultural skills, and discover methods they can apply in the classroom.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge. Teachers from different disciplines are welcome to apply.
