The Support Foundation for Civil Society has begun accepting applications for the Organizational Empowerment Fund to support the strengthening of human resources (HR) processes in CSOs working to improve the social participation and/or social welfare of disadvantaged groups.
In addition to the grant support, within the scope of the fund, CSOs will have opportunities for capacity development related to HR processes. CSOs will benefit from various opportunities to support their capacity development, including experience sharing meetings on different themes and expert support.
The expert support to be provided within the scope of the fund covers the following topics:
- Consultancy on compliance with regulations and personnel processes regarding employees’ compensation, salary payments, social security notifications, and leave applications,
- Information and support regarding recruitment, interview processes, and the design of these processes,
- Assessment and development center consultancy opportunities (online and/or face-to-face)
Organizations that meet the application criteria below and possess legal personality can apply to the grant program.
- Associations, foundations, non-profit cooperatives, unions, federations/confederations established in Turkey,
- Organizations that have a vision and need for capacity development,
- Organizations that can designate at least one person responsible for the participant institution’s capacity development,
- Organizations with at least 5 full-time and/or part-time employees in 2025-2026
