Students who are eligible for scholarships under the fund will receive a monthly scholarship of 1,000 US dollars in Turkish lira during their doctoral programs.
Scholarship recipients will be determined by a Selective Advisory Board consisting of expert academics in critical scientific fields such as artificial intelligence and health technologies, as well as representatives from the institutions that established the fund. The application process and communication will be managed by an Executive Committee composed of representatives from the institutions involved.
Applications for scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year will close on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM (TR).
