The Delegation of the European Union to Turkey, which organizes the EU Human Rights Short Film Competition every year to mark the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is now accepting applications for the 13th EU Human Rights Short Film Competition.
Amateur and professional filmmakers can apply online until November 1, 2023 at 18:00 for the competition with the theme "#StandUp4HumanRights".
