Applications Have Started for the National Summit of the Association for the Visually Impaired in Education

The “Planning My Career” Project, implemented by the Association for the Visually Impaired in Education with the support of the Turkish National Agency under the Erasmus+ Youth Participation Activity (KA154), is coming to a close with a national summit.

As part of the project aimed at making the challenges young people face in their career planning processes more visible and developing solution proposals, local events were held in Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara. In these gatherings, young people came together with decision makers to discuss issues and solutions related to employment and career together.

At the National Summit, which is the final stage of the project, the outcomes of the local events will be shared with relevant public institutions and policy makers, and a comprehensive policy document will be created. The summit will provide participants with the opportunity to gain advocacy experience and actively participate in solution development processes.
