Applications have started for the LeaderShe Fellowship Program, launched in collaboration between Bilim Virüsü and FranklinCovey Turkey.
The six-month program offers a holistic development experience for women who want to make a strong start to their leadership journey. While participants are supported with individual coaching, online trainings, and regular follow-up processes, they will also have the opportunity to develop a leadership approach aimed at creating long-term impact.
What does the program include?
- 6-month comprehensive development process
- Developing leadership skills with FranklinCovey’s “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®” model
- Gaining competencies such as proactivity, priority management, and empathetic communication
- The opportunity to join an inspiring women’s leadership network
Who can apply?
The program is designed for female students in their 3rd and 4th years at university and for newly graduated women.
