The “New Generation Health Movement” project, in collaboration with the Needs Map and the Health Rights Association, is launching, with young people as part of the solution. Aiming to increase young people's health literacy and empower them as health advocates, the project will run for three years. As part of the project, young people are invited to become Health Rights Ambassadors. The deadline for applications is October 4, 2025.
The project, which will be carried out in Izmir, Manisa, Adana, and Gaziantep, will include training sessions, seminars, and Ideathons where innovative ideas will compete, targeting young people aged 18-24.
Young people participating in the program will
- Gain health literacy and up-to-date health information,
- Acquire leadership, public speaking, and peer education skills,
- Receive a certificate and become part of a strong youth network.
Participation responsibilities
- 3-day online training on October 17-18-19,
- Additional modules and mentoring meetings over 4 months,
- Organizing peer education sessions in their own cities,
- Participating in health awareness seminars and Ideathons.
