The Civil Life Association has opened applications for the 11th Generation Trainer Training of the Core Training Program, which aims to equip young people who wish to volunteer in civil society organizations with essential skills and perspectives.
The Core Training Program Trainer Training will be held in Adıyaman on 1–5 October 2025.
What Topics Are Covered in the Core Training Program?
- Red Module – Introduction to Civil Society: Civil society in historical perspective, development of civil society in Türkiye, state–civil society relations, civil society work at national and international levels.
- Yellow Module – Youth Policies: Youth work, youth policies, youth participation, institutions and processes supporting youth work, EU Youth Strategy.
- Green Module – Civil Society and Personal Development: The impact of civil society on personal development, leadership, crisis and time management, teamwork, conflict management, CV and motivation letter.
- Blue Module – SİYAMDER Module: Introduction to SİYAMDER, its functioning, objectives, vision, and mission.
Who can apply?
- Aged between 18–29
- Committed to volunteering at SİYAMDER for at least 1 year
- Committed to attending training sessions at least one weekend per month
- Familiar with peer education and experiential learning methods
- With no travel restrictions
- Energetic and team-oriented individuals
