The Delegation of the European Union to Turkey, which organizes the EU Human Rights Short Film Competition every year on the occasion of the anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, invites amateur and professional directors to present their thoughts on human rights on film.
Deadline for submission of applications: November 1, 2022 at 18:00
The short films, which can be shot in any genre and technique, should be between 3 and 10 minutes long.
