SistersLab will create a pool of trainers consisting of individuals who can take part in training sessions aimed at preventing child, early, and forced marriages. Those accepted into the pool of trainers to be established for the trainings to be organized within the scope of the "Supporting the Prevention of CEFM through STEM Project" will participate in capacity-building training conducted by SistersLab and, if needed, may be invited as trainers for the trainings under the project.
Being included in the trainer pool does not guarantee assignment within a specific training schedule. Accepted trainers will be part of the general trainer pool established under SistersLab’s ÇYEZE trainings.

Who can apply?
- Professionals working in the field of civil society,
- Professionals with experience in preventing child, early, and forced marriages, who have received trainer training, academic education, etc.,
- Trainers, mentors, and practitioners who have conducted trainings, workshops, awareness or fieldwork on ÇYEZE,
- Trainers with experience in conducting educational activities with children and young people,
- Individuals who have participated in trainings or capacity building programs for the prevention of ÇYEZE and/or in the STEM field,
- Trainers and facilitators who have used STEM content in their work with children and young people,
- Individuals who have received education or worked in the field of gender equality,
- Individuals with experience in women's rights, children's rights, youth work, and gender equality,
- Candidates who can participate in the capacity building trainings to be organized by SistersLab may apply.
The trainings organized within this project aim to support the prevention of child, early, and forced marriages through STEM.
Trainers accepted into the pool will be provided with information resources and the Digital Guide included in the training program for permanent use during training and after the project by SistersLab.
