The Equality and Dialogue Association was founded by a group of young activists who have experience in developing equality policies and fighting discrimination.
They joined together as activists who supported the demand for equality and strengthened the struggle for rights in their civil society organisations, in their professional lives and in various volunteer activities, with the aim of developing equality policies and fighting discrimination.
They want to approach equality with a culture of peace, which they believe is not sufficiently explored in Turkey, and they focus on innovative methods and lasting solutions.
