Under the M4D expert support, experts will be selected according to the needs of the institutions/organizations to be supported in the media field and according to their respective areas of expertise and experience, and will provide short-term support in various areas.
As part of the project, a call for applications for the expert pool has been launched to find the experts to work with the applicants. Applications from experts can be submitted until December 31, 2022 at 6:00 pm.
Experts applying for the Expert Pool are expected to have prior knowledge and experience in the field of media.
The required areas of expertise are listed below, and experts applying in these areas are expected to have demonstrated experience.

Expert contracts will be made over the number of days determined according to needs, and experts who will work within the scope of the project are expected to provide services in return for an invoice or self-employment receipt to be prepared as VAT exempt. The status of working with the expert and the number of working days will be determined in line with the needs of the applicant, and detailed information will be given to the people selected for the expert pool before the work.
Important note: M4D beneficiaries are not eligible to be included in the M4D Expert Pool.
