At the meeting, which is open to all interested parties, a panel discussion will be held on the activities carried out under the project, the results of the project, the problems faced by the visually impaired in music education and proposed solutions, and the experiences in the field of music education will be shared.
Within the framework of the project implemented by the Association of Visually Impaired in Education, a Braille printing center was established, Turkish Folk Music, Turkish Classical Music and Western works by Turkish composers were embossed, a note writing program for the visually impaired to write and read music was developed, the training on this program is given to visually impaired and non-disabled music teachers, and educational seminars were held in seven different cities in Turkey.
