Designed across a broad thematic spectrum—including universal design in inclusive education and learning, social-emotional learning, well-being and mindfulness, communication and coaching skills, creative arts and storytelling, digital tools and AI-assisted teaching practices, differentiated and active learning approaches—the workshops aim to enrich teachers’ classroom practices and support their professional journeys from a holistic perspective.

Teachers Academy Foundation
The Teachers Academy Foundation (ÖRAV) was established by Garanti BBVA in 2008 to contribute to teachers' leadership in preparing future generations to create a modern and healthy world.
The foundation also helps teaching—a profession that requires special knowledge, skills, and attitudes—achieve the value it deserves in society’s perception, as one of the key focal points of education. Designing and promoting training programs for the ongoing development of teachers who are responsible for raising individuals equipped with the mental, social, emotional, and digital skills required in the 21st century, ÖRAV organizes workshops and seminars, reaching 450,000 teachers across all 81 provinces in Turkey to date. In addition to its ongoing projects, ÖRAV established the “eCampus Distance Education Platform” as a complementary continuous education and information sharing platform, where all training now takes place. This platform is regularly updated and enriched in its scope of use, and currently has more than 60,000 active users from all over Turkey.
