Program aim
The programme aims to support local CSOs that contribute to the process of youth empowerment and the improvement of their position in society, and to expand the network to ensure the systematic and meaningful participation of youth in local, national, and regional activities.
Who can apply?
- Actively working small and medium-sized local civil society organizations.
- Priority will be given to organizations working with underrepresented and vulnerable youth groups (e.g., young women and girls, Roma youth, youth with disabilities, NEET youth, etc.).
Grant award and opportunities
In addition to financial support, selected applicants will benefit from various capacity-building and knowledge-sharing opportunities, including training on financial and operational management of EU-funded projects, mentorship sessions, and participation in annual network meetings.
The grant support is offered under two different lots:
- LOT 1: The maximum grant amount per project is €8,000.
The objective of this lot is to support existing Network members in continuing their contributions to youth empowerment.
- LOT 2: The maximum grant amount per project is €5,000.
The objective of this lot is to expand the network by enabling the participation of smaller-scale local CSOs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For both lots, the provided grant can cover a maximum of 90% of the total eligible project costs. The remaining 10% must be provided as co-financing by the applicant from sources other than the EU general budget or the European Development Fund.
Project duration and location
- Project Duration: Minimum of 6 months, maximum of 12 months.
- Location of Action: Turkey.
