The Turkish Ministry of Family and Social Services, Directorate General of Family and Community Services, has begun preparations for the second phase (2026–2030) of the Strategy Document for Roma Citizens. During the preparation of the plan, the active participation of civil society organizations, public institutions, and other stakeholders will be prioritized, and consultations will be held with Roman CSOs in 25 cities through working groups, with recommendations to be reported. The final version of the plan will be prepared for submission to the Presidency by the end of 2025.
The Action Plan is being structured to include action proposals in the areas of education, employment, health, housing, social services, and general policy. Roma CSOs may submit proposals in the required format by June 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM to [email protected] with the subject line “Roma Strategy Document Phase II Action Plan (2026–2030).”
