Job Description
- The Capacity Development Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring of the capacity component of the Resource Center for CSOs Project. The Capacity Building Coordinator is expected to fulfill the following tasks
- Implement project activities in harmony with the project coordinator,
- Coordinating the work of the project team,
- To ensure that capacity building activities are implemented in line with the work plan,
- Monitor and report the outputs and outcomes of capacity building activities,
- Coordinating the work of the STGM Information Center,
- Coordinating the trainings organized by STGM,
- Develop new training programs,
- To coordinate the support and activities to be provided to civil society organizations in resource development,
Qualifications and experience
- Graduating from four-year departments of universities
- At least 10 years of experience in civil society,
- At least 5 years of experience in civil society organizations,
- At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of EU funded projects,
- At least 3 years of experience in capacity building in civil society organizations,
- To have English proficiency in written and oral communication.
- To have team management skills,
- It is preferable to have management experience.
