Civil Life Association (SİYAMDER) started to receive applications for the Project Hunters programme. Project Hunters aims to enable young people to develop solution-oriented projects in line with sustainable development goals, to actively participate in project management processes and to have practical knowledge about grant programmes.
Training process
Between 24 May - 5 July 2025, online trainings will be held online and between 7 - 11 July 2025, face-to-face trainings will be held in Istanbul.
Application criteria
- 18-29 years old,
- Has volunteering experience,
- Experienced in project writing or motivated in this field,
- High written and verbal communication skills,
- Prone to teamwork,
- Will be able to allocate time to the tasks and responsibilities to be given within the team for at least 1 year,
- Preferably with high English reading/writing skills
Preferred competences
- To have a strong written language,
- To like doing research and reading,
- To be able to scan different sources,
- Being open to innovations and being creative,
- Willingness to learn,
- To be comfortable and confident in communication skills,
- To be fast and practical in crisis management,
- To adapt to flexible working hours,
- To be prone and open to teamwork,
- To be interested in national and international projects,
- To be able to follow national and international grant announcements,
- Preferably to have advanced knowledge of English.
