Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) has announced the first project call for 2026 as part of the Ortaklaşa: Culture, Dialogue, and Support Program, which aims to strengthen dialogue and cultural cooperation between non-governmental organizations operating in the field of culture and arts in Turkey and municipalities.
A minimum grant support of 60,000 Euros and a maximum of 120,000 Euros will be provided to the projects accepted under the program. The implementation period for supported projects is set at a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 12 months.
Supported Activities / Fields
- Cultural planning activities carried out with a strategic and holistic approach to develop local cultural policies.
- Practices that encourage innovative cultural management models.
- Cultural and arts projects from different disciplines that focus on a rights-based approach.
- Projects where a cultural venue is transformed, made functional with the expertise of NGOs, or where existing spaces are improved and made accessible to participatory models.
Eligibility Criteria
- Non-profit civil society organizations (associations, foundations, cooperatives) established in Turkey with legal entity status.
- The main field of activity of the organization must be culture and the arts.
- The applicant NGO must develop the project in partnership with at least one municipality.
- Project activities must be carried out in Turkey.
