Communication and Events Coordinator

Job Description
- To be responsible for the planning, implementation and monitoring processes of the communication activities of the projects carried out by STGM,
- Coordinating the organization of the activities (training, meetings, workshops, international and national conferences, festivals, study visits abroad and in Turkey, etc.) of the projects implemented by STGM,
- Preparing and implementing the communication plans of associations and projects, and working to develop new communication strategies,
- Coordinating the preparation and dissemination process of all digital or printed publications prepared by STGM,
- To support the project coordinator in the implementation of project activities,
- Coordinating the work of the communication team,
- Coordinating the support and activities to be provided to CSOs on communication
- Developing recommendations on developing innovative communication approaches in the field of civil society
Qualifications and experience
- Graduating from four-year departments of universities
- At least 10 years of experience in the field of communication,
- At least 5 years of managerial experience,
- At least 5 years of experience in civil society organizations,
- At least 3 years of experience in the implementation of EU funded projects,
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting communication activities in civil society organizations,
- To have English proficiency in written and oral communication.
