In the workshop led by Nuray Sezen, participants will share experiences together on bodily awareness, expression, and interaction through yoga practice and creative drama activities. The program will include a brief introduction to the basic concepts of yoga, followed by asanas, meditation, Sanskrit music listening, and creative drama activities.
Those who wish to participate in the event are required to bring their own yoga mats.
