What is the Kıvılcımlar Programme?
The Kıvılcımlar Programme is the only structured leadership programme in Turkey that is based on learning by doing, takes place over a long period of time such as 8 months, is supported by teamwork and social change projects and brings about profound self-transformation. Young women (Kıvılcımlar) who are in their 2nd or 3rd year of study and have ethical values, a sense of social responsibility and a curiosity for learning can participate in this programme through an interview.
