CIVICUS is now accepting applications for its ‘Digital Resiliency Grants’ programme for 2025 to support global civil society organisations. These grants aim to provide emergency support to local civil society actors facing digital threats or defending democratic rights in the digital space.
Grant details
- Individual applications: Maximum USD 10,000
- Joint applications (two or more organisations): Maximum 20.000 USD
- Project duration: Maximum 6 months
- Application period: Open all year round. Applications are assessed on an ongoing basis.
Who can apply?
- Registered or unregistered civil society organisations
- Organisations operating in countries on the OECD DAC list
- Priority is given to NGOs in repressed or blocked countries
- Supported activities
- Projects on digital security and digital rights
- Creating safe spaces online
- Enhancing civil society's resilience against digital threats
