The study is organized with the aim to improve the ability of practical application of the topics to be covered by the participants.
In order to practically apply the information obtained in the study in domestic law, a method is used in which the participants take an active role and the theory and practice are carried out together. After discussing the selected decisions of the AYM and the ECtHR, the implementation processes of existing and similar decisions in domestic law will be discussed.
The discussions on the decisions will be conducted in 2 groups;
- An ECtHR decision in which a violation was found will be presented by the participants using an animation. The 6 participants will be divided into 3 groups of two (the applicant's representative, the government's representative and the Court). After the parties have made their statements, the Court will give its opinion. At the end of the presentation, the group will review the decision and discuss on a practical level what should/could be done in accordance with the decision in domestic law, accompanied by a facilitator-trainer.
- 3 ECtHR/AYM decisions selected for 3 main problems frequently encountered in Turkish legal practice will be presented separately by 3 groups, each consisting of two participants. At the end of the presentation, there will be a discussion on a practical level on what is/should be done in domestic law regarding the selected issues, accompanied by a facilitator-trainer.
The decisions to be examined and presented will be sent to the participants concerned (in consultation with the instructors)for preparation before the start of the study.

The contingent is limited to 15 persons.
Discussion of decisions meetings will be held in person at the IHGD office in İzmir. Those who attend both meetings will receive a certificate of attendance.
