Established to provide support to women, human rights defenders/activists, or organizations led by women or trans activists when an unexpected situation arises that requires an urgent response to support human rights, the Emergency Action Fund has announced its rapid response grants.
A maximum of 8 thousand USD is provided for the supports offered under the titles of Security and Opportunity. While the duration for security grants is 3 months, support is given for 6 months for opportunity grants.
