Within the framework of the strategic partnership between STGM and UNICEF Turkey, and with the co-financing support of the European Union through the "Accountability for Children Advocacy for Rights Project", the ‘Enhancing the Capacity of CSOs Focused on Children's Rights to Improve Their Effectiveness in Monitoring, Reporting and Advocacy’ Project has started.
The project, which will run for 18 months, aims to mainstream children’s rights within civil society.
Throughout the project, efforts will focus on embedding a child rights–oriented approach into the common practices of civil society; strengthening and transforming together with organizations.
To promote the recognition of children as rights-holders, STGM’s over 20 years of experience in the civil society field will be combined with capacity-building activities, supported through training, advocacy, and knowledge production.
During the project, activities will be carried out under three main components:
- Comprehensive Training Programs
- Workshops Activities
- Resource Production and Research
