The project aims to increase access to education for Roma youth. Roma are one of the communities most affected by deep poverty and social exclusion in Turkey. Roma youth struggle simultaneously with the obstacles of being young and with discrimination based on their identity. Access to education is one of the most fundamental problems faced by Roma youth. The project aims to ease the financial burden on Roma high school and university students, improve their academic performance, and facilitate their transition to employment.
In the 2025–2026 academic year, 70 new scholarship recipients (42 high school and 28 university students) will be selected to replace the graduating students.

Application Requirements
- High school students applying for the scholarship program must be Roman and studying in one of the provinces of Edirne, Istanbul, Izmir, Hatay, or Malatya.
- The application requirements for university students are: being of Roma ethnicity and continuing their education at the associate or bachelor's degree level as of the 2024–2025 academic year. There are no city restrictions for university students; applications are accepted from all provinces of Turkey.
