Launched in 2022, the EşitBiz Project aims to support anti-bias attitudes towards social roles during early and basic childhood and to strengthen egalitarian approaches through education. The project specifically targets teachers working with younger age groups, aiming to spread inclusive educational practices.
This year’s conference, organized under the theme “Empathy for Equality,” will include expert speakers, panel sessions, and best practice presentations.
Applications for best practices are now open
The application process for best practices to be featured at the conference has begun. Applications are being accepted to support the sharing of experiences by educators who have developed empathy-based and inclusive practices, and to help disseminate these practices more widely.
Original projects that have been implemented in the classroom, have tangible outcomes, and have made a difference will be evaluated on themes such as inclusive education, multicultural classrooms, gender equality in social roles, and combating discrimination. Selected projects will be presented as part of the conference program.
School administrators working in public and private schools, as well as teachers of all grades and branches, may apply to attend the conference.
