To improve the equal participation of disadvantaged groups in all areas by bringing together the initiatives of 8 organizations working in the field of equal participation, civil society organizations working with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in society, activists and local governments, sharing experiences between organizations and building new partnerships and collaborations; aiming to carry out studies in the field of participation in an organized way and increase the capacity of institutions and organizations belonging to the network.
Eşitlik Ağı, which works to increase the equal participation of disadvantaged, vulnerable groups in all areas in Turkey, will be a network in which actors who prioritize the participation of disadvantaged groups in all areas act together.
The network's strategic plan, goals, and priority issues will be determined together with network members at a face-to-face meeting scheduled for December.
Applications from organizations working in the following thematic areas will be given priority.
• Children's rights
• LGBTI+ rights
• Women's rights
• Youth rights
• Rights of people with disabilities
• Human rights
Organizations, activists, and local governments wishing to join the network must submit the application form by October 20, 2022.
