The European Commission has launched a new grant call for 2025, SOCPL-2025-SOC-DIALOG, to support the development of social dialogue. This call aims to strengthen social dialogue between workers‘ and employers’ representatives and to support more effective participation of social partners in policy-making processes.
Priority themes
The project to be submitted is expected to be directly related to at least one of the following thematic priorities
- Promoting social dialogue at European level
- Promoting social dialogue at national level
- Promoting social dialogue at sectoral and company level
- Information sharing and dissemination of good practices
- Involvement of social partners in policy-making processes
- Adaptation to transformations such as digitalisation, artificial intelligence, remote working
- Adaptation to climate change and green transformation
- Increasing participation in the labour market
- Promoting social inclusion
- Strengthening social dialogue on migration, diversity and displacement
- Mainstreaming social dialogue in SMEs
- Raising awareness in countries with low unionisation rates
- Promoting transnational co-operation
Who can apply?
- Social partners: Trade unions, employers' associations and other social dialogue actors
- Non-profit legal entities (NGOs, professional organisations, etc.)
- Organisations registered in Member States of the European Union and eligible partner countries
- Consortia of at least two independent organisations from at least two different eligible countries
Activities that can be supported
- Seminars, workshops, conferences and trainings
- Consultancy activities to improve the institutional capacity of social partners
- Networking and co-operation activities at national or EU level
- Pilot projects for the development of social dialogue mechanisms
- Developing strategies for compliance with digital and green transformation processes
- Data collection, analysis, comparative research and publication studies
- Awareness raising activities to promote social dialogue in different countries
- Transnational education programmes and digital content production
- Preparing policy recommendations and sharing them with decision makers
Budget
- Total Budget: 43.900.000 Euro
- Maximum Grant Amount: 500.000 Euro
- Co-financing Rate: Up to 90% of eligible costs
- Project Duration: Maximum 24 months
