The European Youth Foundation (EYF) under the Council of Europe has opened applications for one-off international youth events to be held in 2027. Selected projects within the program will be provided with grants of up to 25,000 euros.
The EYF program aims to strengthen international solidarity, human rights, and democratic participation among young people. In this context, short-term and thematic events bringing together young people from different countries will be supported. Supported projects include focused international gatherings such as conferences, camps, workshops, and seminars.
Supported activities
- Events taking place between January 1 – December 31, 2027
- Activities focusing on human rights, youth participation, and democracy themes
- International events lasting at least 4 full program days (excluding travel days)
Who can apply?
- Youth NGOs based in one of the 46 member countries of the Council of Europe (including Türkiye)
- Organizations registered in the EYF online system
- Events must have participants from at least 7 different Council of Europe member countries
- At least 75% of participants must be aged 30 or under

Due to updates in the EYF grant management system, applications for this call period will be submitted via email rather than through the online portal.
