Financial Support Program for Human Rights Defenders at Risk

The Human Rights Foundation of Turkey (TİHV) has begun accepting applications for its Financial Support Program for Human Rights Defenders at Risk, which it has launched as part of its efforts to show solidarity with human rights defenders who are engaged in activities to protect and promote human rights and who face pressure and difficulties as a result of these activities.

The program aims to strengthen the human rights movement through a grassroots approach. Designed with the goal of protecting human dignity and creating a world free of torture, the program aims to alleviate the economic and psychosocial difficulties faced by advocates despite limited resources.
