The Media and Legal Studies Association (MLSA) and Freedom House are holding an online training titled “Criteria for Admissibility in European Court of Human Rights Applications and Enforcement of Decisions” on Saturday, November 20.
In the training, which will be held with the participation of lawyers Levent Yalçın, Şerif Yılmaz, Mehmet Rıfat Tınç, Zelal Pelin Doğan, and Ümit Kılınç, the conditions for making an application in accordance with Article 47, the jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights, exhaustion of domestic remedies, and the criteria for manifestly ill-founded and significant damage. will be discussed. The training will include the admissibility criteria as well as the execution of decisions.
