Genç Hayat Vakfı is Looking for a Field Officer

Job Description

• Initiate and follow up on relevant processes for clients in need to receive in-kind or financial assistance,
• Advocating for clients' access to services and accompanying clients when necessary,
• Referring clients to stakeholders other than GHV, informing the Project Coordinator and Field Coordinator as necessary, and preparing required documents,
• Within GHV principles and guidelines, adhering to basic principles and guidelines such as the welfare of individuals and children throughout case management and confidentiality,
• Record and protect information and documents required for entry into the database,
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of outreach strategies, focus group discussions and other participatory activities,
• Prepare required and specified project documents, report on time to Project Coordinator and Field Coordinator.

Required Qualities

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from a college
• At least 1 year of fieldwork experience
• Fluent in Arabic
• Proficient in the use of MS office programs
• Successful in planning and follow-up
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultures, 
• A good team player 
• Organizational skills
• Residency /ability to live in Sakarya
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Open to working a busy schedule
• No travel restrictions.
