The call opened under the project “Supporting Civil Society Participation in the Field of Access to Justice in Türkiye: Enhancing Human Rights in the Context of Migration and Environmental Justice,” implemented by the Council of Europe, aims to increase access to justice, legal services, and other support mechanisms in the context of environmental justice in Türkiye.
A maximum of 10 grant projects to be implemented by national and local civil society organizations registered and operating in Türkiye will be supported under this call.
The supported projects are expected to strengthen access to environmental justice for individuals and communities affected by environmental degradation, pollution, and climate-related issues, to provide legal counseling and information activities, and to raise awareness on environmental rights and existing protection mechanisms.
