Program Objective
PACE aims to support locally focused, inclusive, and environmentally conscious recovery projects to be implemented in the 11 provinces affected by the earthquake. The program will prioritize projects that contribute to the region’s long-term recovery.
Who can apply?
Registered civil society organizations (CSOs) and business support organizations (business associations, chambers, technoparks, cooperatives, etc.) actively operating in the following provinces can apply:
Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye, and Şanlıurfa.
Applications must be made in cooperation with the municipalities (metropolitan, provincial, district) or special provincial administrations in the relevant province.
Additionally, projects in the districts of İslahiye and Nurdağı in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, and Gaziantep will be given priority in the evaluation process.
Grant support
- The grant amount per project is between €50,000 and €200,000.
- It is planned to support approximately 40 projects in total.

Information meetings: To be held in various provinces and online between December 9–15, 2025.
