As part of the program, selected projects are provided with grant support ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 USD.
The supported fields include the development of plant-based food systems, campaigns as alternatives to industrial animal farming, community awareness initiatives, and projects aimed at promoting sustainable nutrition models. The program does not support direct food aid, projects containing animal products, for-profit businesses, or certain animal welfare campaigns.
Non-profit organizations that have previously achieved success and typically have an annual budget below 500,000 USD are eligible to apply. Individual applications are not accepted. Eligible NGOs from Turkey can apply. However, local branches of US-based international organizations are not eligible.
Applications are accepted throughout the year in four periods - March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1.
