This year's themes are as follows:
- Social sustainability through technology: Technology-driven solutions to social problems such as human rights, accessibility, equal opportunities, social inclusion, etc.
- Environmental sustainability through technology: Innovative solutions to environmental challenges such as climate crisis, waste management, renewable energy, circular economy through technology
- Social change through sport and technology: More inclusive, accessible and inspiring solutions by combining the transformative power of sport with technology
Competition process
Participants who complete the initial application form will be notified via e-mail to complete a more detailed application form. Semi-finalist teams will receive design thinking training, mentoring support and opportunities to develop their projects. The finalists will strengthen their projects with expert mentors, receive training on effective presentation techniques and present their projects to the jury.
The students and their mentor teachers in the 3 teams that make it to the Turkey final will be rewarded with Samsung Galaxy products. The teams that are successful in the Turkey final will have the chance to participate in the Regional Final and then the Global Final process. The team leaders of the projects selected for the Global Ambassador Programme will have the opportunity to introduce their projects to the world at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympics with the invitation of the Olympic Committee and Samsung.
