Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer is Looking for a Financial and Administrative Affairs Manager

Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer (KAÇUV) is seeking a Manager of Financial and Administrative Affairs for the General Office.

Required qualifications

  • Graduate from universities in economics, business, finance, etc,
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in finance departments and at least 3 of those years in a managerial position,
  • Experience in budget, finance, accounting and administrative affairs,
  • Working with the perspective of process development and improvement in finance, interested in digitalization projects, open to new ideas,
  • Preferably with CPA(certified public accountant) certificate,
  • Knowledge of tax and financial legislation,
  • Experience with the preparation of tax returns,
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Diligent, regular and meticulous work,
  • Confident use of MS office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Description

  • Actively participate in the preparation and analysis of the Foundation's budget and performance reports as well as other internal and external reports,
  • Establish financial strategies, plan, organize and control all financial activities (budgeting, reporting, risk management, cash flow, tax legislation, etc.)
  • Responsible for conducting all financial operations of the Foundation and the business enterprise in accordance with relevant financial laws, submitting accurate and regular legal financial reports to the Foundation's internal and external entities,
  • Planning cash flow,
  • Reviewing accounting records,
  • Preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports,
  • General monitoring of invoices and payments,
  • Monitoring funds in monthly banks,
  • Managing relationships with banks,
  • Preparation of monthly fundraising reports and submission to the Board of Directors,
  • Manage processes related to human resources,
  • Follow-up on administrative issues related to the Foundation,
  • Will be responsible for systematizing and following up on administrative affairs and purchasing processes.
